How it works

2. Reply to your receipt with these details:
   • Your team name, sport, and age group
   • The season schedule (a photo, a PDF, or a league link is fine)
   • Your parent list: names and emails
   • Home field address and anything parents always ask about
3. It lands in your inbox within 24 hours, ready to review and send.

We build the hub by hand from what you send. If something in your schedule is unclear we email you a question rather than guess at it.

Questions

Do parents need an app or a login?

No. It is a web link. It opens on any phone, and the snack and carpool signups work right inside the page.

What happens when the league moves a game?

Email us and we update the link. Changes are included for the whole season, so parents are always looking at the current schedule.

Is this a subscription?

No. $12 covers one team for one season. There is no renewal and no card kept on file.

We already use a team app.
